Yoga classes
My classes aim to be accessible to all, irrespective of level of fitness or experience. I typically teach a hatha flow style that encourages increased awareness of the connection between breath, movement and mind. Contact me to find out more.
Regular class schedule

Sun 4.45-5.45 pm (members only)
Shepperton, home studio (near Shepperton station)
Mon 6.00-7.00 pm
This is a small, friendly group class, limited to 6 people, which allows for plenty of individual attention - please book in advance. 
Private sessions
One-to-one or small group sessions are tailored to your specific needs and abilities. They usually take place in my home studio but can also be in your own home on request. You might consider a one-to-one session if you:
• Are new to yoga and want to build your confidence and develop the foundations of a yoga practice.  
• Would like to deepen your practice or work on specific areas – postures, meditation or pranayama (breathing).
• Would like a tailored practice to support a health condition. 
• Would like to explore how to make broader lifestyle changes to your daily life, such as managing stress more effectively, increasing fitness or losing weight.

What is yoga?
Yoga is not just a practice for flexible people, it is for every body!
Yoga is a whole system for living well – ethical guidance towards oneself and others (such as contentment and non-harming), a physical practice to keep the body strong, techniques to breathe well, and concentration and meditation practices to calm the mind and delve deeper into our consciousness. Whilst you can just take one aspect, bring them all together and it provides a wonderful system to live well and authentically. Yoga helps us to be more connected with our bodies and develop greater control over our overly busy minds.
