Yoga classes
My classes aim to be accessible to all, irrespective of level of fitness or experience. I typically teach a hatha flow style that encourages increased awareness of the connection between breath, movement and mind. Contact me to find out more.

*New for 2026* Yoga Workshops
Would you like to deepen your yoga practice and build your toolkit of techniques to support your wellbeing in everyday life? These 90-minute workshops offer a more spacious yoga experience of mindful movement, yoga philosophy, breathwork and deep rest. The supportive small group setting allows for plenty of individual attention. Places are £20 – please email me to book a place (limited to 6 places).
Saturday Morning Flow - 10.30 – 12.00 | January 24th and March 7th
Start your weekend with an energising, breath-led yoga flow designed to awaken the body and build strength, flexibility, and fluidity. This extended practice allows time to explore alignment and the breath (pranayama) in more depth, before finishing with a longer, nourishing savasana.
This workshop is suited to those with some yoga experience who are interested in deepening their practice and understanding of yoga, within a relaxed and supportive environment.
Sunday Chill Out - 5.00–6.30 pm | February 15th
A gentle, nourishing evening workshop designed to help you slow down and unwind, leaving you restored for the week ahead. The focus is on calming and regulating the nervous system through slow mindful movement, restorative and yin postures, meditation, and deep relaxation.
This session offers an opportunity to turn inward and deepen awareness, allowing both body and mind to fully settle. Mats, bolsters and eye bags are provided, but you’re welcome to bring an extra blanket or layers to feel extra cosy.
This practice is suitable for all levels and is particularly supportive if you’re feeling tired, stressed, or simply in need of deep rest.
Private sessions
One-to-one or small group sessions are tailored to your specific needs and abilities. They usually take place in my home studio but can also be in your own home on request. You might consider a one-to-one session if you:
• Are new to yoga and want to build your confidence and develop the foundations of a yoga practice.
• Would like to deepen your practice or work on specific areas – postures, meditation or pranayama (breathing).
• Would like a tailored practice to support a health condition.
• Would like to explore how to make broader lifestyle changes to your daily life, such as managing stress more effectively, increasing fitness or losing weight.
Contact me to discuss your requirements.
